Unauthorized access, invalid or missing session ID

Rate limit or concurrency limit exceeded, or a temporary penalty window is active.

Limits for this endpoint:

• max 120 requests per 60 seconds
• max 100,000 records per 60 seconds (sum of limit values)
• max 8 concurrent requests

The server may also apply a short protective penalty window (default 5 seconds). During this window, requests return HTTP 429 with reason: "penalty".
