Updates fields of an existing checklist data record.
Only submitted fields are updated. Other previously stored checklist values remain unchanged. Field IDs are validated against the checklist version used when the checklist data record was created.
A field value may be set to null to clear the existing value.
The checklist is marked as completed when all required fields contain a value. If a required value is cleared from a completed checklist, the checklist is marked as open again.
