Get plan portal URL

{backendUrlScheme}://{backendUrlHost}/api/public/task/get-plan-portal-url

This endpoint can be used to retrieve the URL to the planning portal for a specific task ID and user ID. In the request you provide a session ID in the header and a task ID and user ID in the body. The URL to the planning portal will be returned to the caller.
